Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards and supported digital payment services. Availability may vary by country, currency, device, or payment provider.

Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges that are outside our control.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges, including the product price, shipping fees, and taxes shown at checkout.

Orders are processed only after payment is successfully authorized. A pending charge does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. If payment fails or is declined, please contact your bank or try another available payment method.

Security

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not directly store full card numbers or security codes. Customers should never email payment-card details to us.

Pricing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If an obvious pricing or technical error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected item. If you believe you were charged more than once, contact soundofroses@outlook.com with your order number and payment evidence, but redact full card numbers and security codes.

Taxes

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required. Import duties or local charges not collected at checkout may remain the customer’s responsibility, as described in the Shipping Policy.
